Day 1: Stretch and Test




So today is my first day back to fitness! I decided it's time to get real about how much better my body could look. Time to tone up and get stronger! I took some pictures and measurements before my workout to document my progress and will update every week. Today I didn't feel like battling the crowds at the gym or running in the heat, so I did Wii Fit at home; slow and steady way to test my body and begin easily. I worked out for 30 minutes doing running, strength training, and yoga. Wish me luck on my future endeavors and to a much more ripped bikini bod for the summer!!

Waist: 27"
Chest: 31.5"
Hips/Butt: 36.25"
Right Thigh: 22.5"
Left Thigh: 22.25"
